Columbus Police Search for Suspect Wanted on Theft, Escape Charges

Police in Columbus are asking for the public’s help in locating a 20-year-old man wanted on multiple charges, including theft and escape.

According to the Columbus Police Department, Timothy Thomas Reeves is facing misdemeanor and felony counts of theft by shoplifting, as well as a charge of escape. Authorities say Reeves was last seen around 4 p.m. Monday in the area of Talbotton Road.

Reeves is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. He has tattoos on his face and body.

Anyone with information on Reeves’ whereabouts is urged to call 911.
