Valley Healthcare System, Inc. to Celebrate Re-Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Valley Healthcare System, Inc. (VHcS), a nonprofit healthcare provider serving the Chattahoochee Valley, will host a Re-Grand Opening and Open House for its Women’s Health Department on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at 1600 Ft. Benning Road, Columbus.

The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, remarks from Dr. Asanté Hilts, Chief Executive Officer of VHcS, and appearances by local dignitaries, representatives from the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, City Council, and other community partners.

Guests will have the chance to meet the Women’s Health providers and staff, tour the enhanced facility, and receive free health screenings and services.

“We’re thrilled to officially reopen our Women’s Health Department and invite the community to join us in celebrating this exciting milestone,” said Dr. Hilts. “This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our patients, partners, and community leaders, and we are grateful for all the support we’ve received.”

Following the ribbon-cutting, guests can enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and networking opportunities with local business leaders, healthcare professionals, and community members. The event is free and open to the public.
