The Courier Eco Latino Newspaper has released a sample ballot highlighting its endorsed candidates ahead of the upcoming election, while encouraging voters to come prepared when casting their ballots.

The publication noted that it did not include an endorsement in the governor’s race, citing a difference of opinion among its editorial board. Voters are encouraged to make their own decision in that contest.
The sample ballot provided reflects a Democratic ballot for residents living in District 4 and includes only candidates appearing in the District 9 race. The newspaper has endorsed Cathy Cook in that contest.

For voters residing in Districts 1, 3, 5, or 7, additional endorsements are outlined within the full article accompanying the sample ballot.
Election officials remind voters that they are permitted to bring written materials into the voting booth. This includes personal notes, voter guides, or sample ballots, allowing individuals to reference their selections without relying on memory.
However, voters should be aware that some polling locations restrict the use of cell phones inside voting areas. As a result, officials recommend bringing printed copies of any reference materials.
Early preparation, organizers say, can help ensure a smooth voting experience and allow voters to focus on making informed decisions at the ballot box.
