Earlier in life, he served in the Italian Medical Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel at age 29. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, and speaks conversational Arabic. For Dr. Buscarini, clear communication is the cornerstone of trust between doctor and patient.
