The Columbus Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Wanda Jean Perkins, who has been missing for nearly 23 years.
Perkins, 34, was last seen on May 28, 2002, at approximately 1:20 a.m. at her home near the intersection of 35th Street and Fifth Avenue. She has not been heard from since that time.
The department’s Violent Crimes Unit continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
A reward is being offered for verifiable information about Perkins’ whereabouts or credible details that could lead to an arrest.
